During his career, Chris notably managed and leased a portfolio of 2,500,000 SF. Chris helps clients achieve their goals by being well connected, able to quickly analyze CRE to find its highest and best use through a knowledge of cap rates, underlying costs, comps and what certain business models can pay for CRE. Chris is a graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business (B.S.B.A Finance and Economics).
