Christopher has 19 years of experience in the CRE industry with a knowledge base in site and existing CRE acquisition, financial analysis, leasing, and disposition of land and investment real estate. Finding the opportunity and optimizing its potential — are processes that lead to success in the commercial real estate (“CRE”) Industry whether you are looking to buy, hold or sell.
During his career, Chris notably managed and leased a portfolio of 2,500,000 SF. Chris helps clients achieve their goals by being well connected, able to quickly analyze CRE to find its highest and best use through knowledge of cap rates, underlying costs, comps and what certain business models can pay for CRE.
Chris represents the following clients: Beck Oil, ALRIG USA, Anchor Retail Solutions, Cocca Development LTD, Duluth Trading, Main Event, Speedway, Dunkin’, Checkers, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Gordon Food Services. Chris has sold numerous credit single-tenant net lease properties including Walgreens, Autozone and others.
Chris has his undergraduate degree in finance and economics from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business.
