Doug is an 11-year industry veteran who specializes in retail leasing, land sales, and investment sales of shopping centers and single-tenant, net leased assets. Over the last 5 years, he has been involved in more than 140 transactions including sales, leases and lease renewals. Utilizing his broad expertise in sales, leasing and property management, Doug is able to provide his clients with phenomenal insight and service.
He has experience helping both local and national retailers with their expansion in Ohio as well as on a national roll-out basis. Some of his tenant representation assignments include Skechers, Sally Beauty, CosmoProf, Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Onyx Health Club. He is currently assisting Crucial Link Solutions staffing on their growth plans throughout the country.
Doug has performed hundreds of Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs) for various clients on commercial assets ranging from small single-tenant assets to large, multi-tenant and complex properties. He has handled a multitude of transactions including traditional sales, 1031 exchanges, distressed property sales, and auctions. His client list includes bank-owned real estate, developers and high net-worth (HNW) investors on both the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
Doug earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kent State University.
